Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

By accessing this site and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, do not access this site.

Conditions of Involvement, Requirements of the Participant

1. Good health is really important in order to do paragliding. The participants need to inform the organizer of any past injuries or any health problems.
2. You cannot participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or any similar substances. You are required to follow the instructions and guidelines of the instructor activity leader, and assistants.
3. If you do not follow the set rules the instructor has the full right to prohibit your participation.

Insurance

The applicants are not insured by Airbone paragliding Shimla. It would be great if you have good health insurance. We do not provide any kind of insurance from our end.

Terms of payment

1. The payment is always upfront and you need to pay the entire amount in advance.
2. Cancellation or Contract Modification by the Customer including “no shows” Cancellations of agreements must be in writing, e-mail or by phone call.
Cancellations are only valid after consulting with the manager.
3. All received documents (confirmation, tickets, coupons, etc.) must be attached and returned at this time
4. Tickets can be purchased or collected at our Sales and Marketing office in Chandigarh.
5. Web Integrity Solutions is only handling the Sales and Marketing department for Airborne Paragliding Shimla and is responsible only for selling tickets to the leads coming to them through website (https://www.airborneparaglidingshimla.com). Web Integrity Solutions will not be responsible for any of the activities held on the actual paragliding spot.

General Liability

Damage claims against the organizer or the assistants are excluded, as far as the damage was not caused by negligence or intentionally.

Right of Refusal to Guide

At Airbone paragliding Shimla you have all the rights reserve to refuse to guide or otherwise assist you in any way whatsoever.

Weather and Local Rules

1. Paragliding is a weather dependent activity. In areas in which we operate permission to fly may also be withdrawn by local authorities or flying sites might unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
2. You accept that flying may be disrupted, limited, or may not be available at all.
3. If you are booking with us, you agree that you have read and accept our Terms & Conditions.
