Get Paragliding Experience in Himachal Pradesh After Three Months:

Paragliding finally resumed in billing after a three-month hiatus. The state government banned paragliding on billing after the Covid-19 outbreak in March this year.

According to the recent reports, the state government has been allowed paragliding of all types from September 15, which will give a much-needed push for tourism in Kangra Valley.

On the first day of the resumption, only Solo flights were seen as some pilots flew from Billings to the landing site in Chogan. One of the world’s top paragliding destinations, Bir-Billing in Himachal Pradesh, shut down its sport for adventure sports during an epidemic-related lockdown. Now, the state has been announced to resume paragliding from 15 September 2020.

Bir billing is safe, as there is no positive case in Himachal. But to protect the state’s residents from such viruses, the government had taken some safeguards, and it was one of them to stop paragliding.

If you have a group of 5 to 15 guests, we have a unique booking at Airborne Paragliding Shimla, which is open to your group. Keep it comfortable and safe and travel with it.

In the last 30 years, Bir and Billing’s villages have seen an increase of amateur and professional pilots on the Kangra Valley on paragliders and hang gliders. Bir-Billing has a paragliding season from October to June, which offers sunny grass views to snow-capped ranges.
